About Dr. Emily Martinelli
Dr. Emily Martinelli completed her medical degree at the University of Nevada, Reno, and then went on to complete residency at KU Medical Center. During her time in medical school and residency, Dr. Martinelli developed professional interests in gender affirming medicine as well as reproductive justice. Once in Kansas City for residency, Dr. Martinelli enjoyed all that the metro has to offer in regards to culture and community, and decided to begin her career here.
Dr. Martinelli is an outdoor enthusiast, with a love of kayaking and gardening. She enjoys spending time with her husband and newborn son. In her free time, she is also a member of the Kansas City Curling Club!
