Rockhill Women’s Care – Since 1989

Since 1989, Rockhill Women’s Care has been dedicated to providing quality care and customer service to our patients. We are a full service OB/GYN practice in Kansas City with offices in Lee’s Summit on the campus of Saint Luke’s East Hospital, and in Overland Park / Leawood, on the campus of Menorah Medical Center.

We are a physician-owned practice. This allows us to always put our patient’s needs first when treating, recommending, or referring. We are not owned by a hospital group or large corporation so we have the freedom to help you make the best treatment decisions for you. We form partnerships with the most qualified doctors so we can recommend and refer you to providers that are optimal for your care.

All Rockhill Women’s Care doctors are board certified / eligible and excellently trained in normal and high risk obstetrical management, advanced gynecological treatments and surgeries. When surgery is necessary, we prioritize outpatient procedures with the goal of saving you money and minimizing your recovery time.

We realize that situations may arise where you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If you find yourself in this situation, we ask that you kindly give us at least 24 hours notice by calling our office or else you could be charged a $50 fee. We understand your busy schedule; however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. This will help keep other scheduled appointments on time.

Office Visits

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for all appointments to allow us time to update your medical record. We ask that you bring your insurance card, driver’s license and co-payment if required. To provide you with the best care possible, please remember to bring a list of all your prescription medications.

Prescription refills are processed during office hours only. You should call your pharmacy at least 24 hours before your medication runs out. If you have not been seen in the last year, you must schedule an appointment with your physician before your prescription can be refilled. You can also visit our Patient Portal to submit a refill request on line.

Medical Questions

During regular business hours, our qualified nursing staff is available to address questions or problems that may arise. You will be asked to leave a message and a nurse will return your phone call as soon as possible. Phone calls are returned as promptly as possible, with urgent calls taking priority. If you are anticipating a medication, please have your pharmacy number available.

If you are planning time off work for maternity leave or surgery, your employer may require you to fill out leave paperwork. Our office will be happy to help complete the appropriate paperwork. There will be a $25 fee due per set at the time you drop off your forms. Please allow one week for completion.

Insurance & Billing Office

  • We strive to earnestly assist our patients in meeting their financial responsibilities once professional medical services have been rendered. Our office requires full payment at time of service and we accept most major credit cards, checks and cash.  
  • If you have active medical insurance, then we can file on your behalf.  Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm our providers are in network with your plan.
